By accessing courses/programs/exams and using our website (for individual or workforce training), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Use is to be by the registered individual only; access is not transferable to other parties unless approved in writing by the Online Certification Center (OCC) administration staff.

2. Services Provided

Online Certification Center offers courses, programs, and exams to students and professionals. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Note, the only reason for any discontinuation would be at the discretion of the organization that provides OCC licensing.  As much notice as possible would be provided to our registrants.

 After registration, curriculum (including resources  and other information) specific to courses, programs and exams are not to be shared with others, only the person who registered with us as a student. Copyright laws will be enforced to ensure legal compliance for the protection of our center, our students and third parties who we license programming and exams from.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must not use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Online meetings with potential or registered students will be conducted responsibly and respectfully.  Those who choose to participate must do so in a professional manner that is for the benefit of everyone and not disparaging to OCC.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments for courses, programs, and exams must be made in advance. Refunds will be provided only under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Online Certification Center and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participants accept that OCC does not assume responsibility for the uninterrupted or error free operation of the website, courses, programs and exams. The site will be inaccessible during maintenance periods, emergency maintenance or technical difficulties.

Online Certification Center will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, within the province of Manitoba. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba/Canada.
