OCC has partnered with the same national and international organizations trusted by schools and colleges, so that effective technical skills training can now be accessible (and more cost-effective) to individuals and employers.

Attention Manitoba Employers!

Eligible employers can receive up to 75% subsidy on your training with the

Canada-Manitoba Job Grant! Training must completed before March 31st, 2026.

Your staff will have the flexibility of learning anytime (at their own pace), via easy to use

self-guided learning platforms. A minimum of five hours of training per week is recommended.

As your third-party trainer, we provide:

Practical online programs and courses for any size group.
Online orientation to platform learning and best practices.
Personalized progress check-ins and quick technical support.
Detailed course outlines and training reports.
Task based assessments including lessons, projects, and an invigilated online test.
Access to one Certiport certification exam for further certification (optional).
