IC3 Digital Literacy Exams

Upon reviewing the exam details on this page, we suggest noting which exams you are ready to register and which exams you may want to first enroll in a course or practice test.  Any exam requires a minimum achievement of 70% to receive a certificate from Certiport and your employer verifiable badge. Viewing exam objectives helps determine exam readiness.

IC3 exams are priced at $109.00 each and includes the proctor fee. Your exam will be scheduled according to your availability when registering.

Level 1 
Exam

For version GS6, Level 1 measures knowledge of fundamental concepts and essential components.

 

For versions GS5 and GS6 (all exam levels), please expect  45-50 questions to complete within 50 minutes.

Level 2 requires a working knowledge of the seven skill groups listed below.

Level 3 Exam

For version GS6 Level 3 validates an advanced understanding of digital literacy and indicates that the candidate has the technical foundation needed to advance successfully along their educational and employment paths and support the development of more specialized technological skills.
